Green Methanol (CH3CH)
Green methanol refers to methanol produced using renewable energy sources and sustainable feedstocks, such as carbon dioxide captured from industrial processes or directly from the atmosphere, along with hydrogen generated through electrolysis powered by renewable electricity. This process, known as Power-to-Methanol, produces methanol without relying on fossil fuels and significantly reduces carbon emissions. Green methanol can be used as a clean fuel or as a chemical feedstock in various industrial processes.
